| We stayed at one of the cottages for a week end of tramping around Arthur´s Pass and it was great. Very comfy with a nice fire place, equiped kitchen, and the cottages are quite small which means it feels homier and is quieter than a backpackers! |

| This place has got everything that a traveller arriving in the country could need, information on travelling and help on finding a job is available here.
It´s a very big place that I found a bit impersonal, but certainly, clean, tidy and efficient.

| I try and stay here when ever I come to Auckland, its a lovely home, with plenty of space. Mt Eden is a very nice area to stay. |

| This place was a health hazard! The bathroom was disgusting, there was one very dodgy looking towel hanging on the rail for guests to wipe their hands on, the loo seat was broken (and there was only one loo for each floor). The fridges in the kitchen reeked and didn´t appear to have been cleaned out for some time, besides being so old they didn´t function properly. None of the power points in the room worked so there was nowhere to recharge cameras etc. The pillows and bedding were stained and very old. |

| this place had everything you want in a hostel, big kitchen, several lounges, table tennis, pool table, clean, etc. Still though, i´ll only give it 3 stars as it´s damm eery. |

| One of the best, the cleanest, very friendly hosts, great location right in the centre of Greymouth, lots of freebies: soup, breakfast, dvd´s, duvets, coffee & tea, pool table. We stayed there 3 nights and we will go back next time we are in NZ. Very recommended. |

| I stayed at this hostel long-term, and i am soooo glad i did. Everyone i have met here has been amazing. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The hostel is nice and small, which just adds to its charms. Right on the beach in the heart of Mt. Maunganui, this hostel is in a perfect location. Great times had here by all. I have made friends for life and i will definitely be back. |

| Very retro hostel! A bit of a walk from town, but worth it. Helpful staff who will book all your activities for you and give you directions to the thermal stream (about a 15 minute walk away where you can sit in the river where the thermal water comes in - a hidden gem, and for free!).
Loved the comments written over the lounge walls.
